By using the ARC Maths app you accept these Terms of Use and the Conditions (a copy of which can be found here).

Please read these terms carefully before you subscribe to or use the ARC Maths app. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the ARC Maths app.

1. You shall not share your subscription for use of the ARC Maths app with someone else or give your
   password to access the ARC Maths app to another user.
2. The ARC Maths app and MyScript® handwriting recognition technology may not be:
   1. copied by you;
   2. changed by you (which means, in particular, that you are not allowed to adapt, reverse-engineer or decompile it, or try to extract the source code from it, except where any of this is allowed by law);
   3. combined or merged with, or used in, any other computer program;
   4. distributed or sold by you to any third party;
   5. accessed by you in order to build a product or service which competes with the ARC Maths app.
3. You shall not access, store, distribute or transmit any viruses in your use of the ARC Maths app.
4. You shall:
   1. be solely responsible for procuring and maintaining your network connections and telecommunications links from your systems to our data centres;
   2. provide us with up-to-date information, co-operation and support as we shall reasonably require pursuant to the Conditions.
5. If you do not pay the subscription yourself, you accept that we may share information about your use of the ARC Maths app with the individual or organisation that pays your subscription in accordance with our Privacy Policy here.

The ARC Maths app and associated services are owned and operated by ARC Education (York) Limited (Company no. 11127187) of Blake House, 18 Blake Street, York YO1 8QG and our VAT number is 286 5023 91 ("we", "us", "our"). Handwriting recognition technology is provided by MyScript® under license.
